Licette Lendeborg

Licette Lendeborg is part of the Faculty and Executive Education Instructor team at Florida International University, and the Founder and President of Agile Innovation and Transformation, an organization providing training services in business agility. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry into every ATA classroom.

She recently served as Scrum Master on innovation and digital transformation projects at Annata, a Microsoft Partner, working with teams across Malaysia, Iceland, and the United States on the Annata Studio 365 software solution. Before that, she worked as an Agile Coach at Abacus Next, serving 26 teams distributed across India, the United States, and Europe.

Earlier in her career she held the position of Business Development Manager for the distribution of Cisco Services across Latin America, the United States, and Canada, responsible for planning, executing, and controlling strategic initiatives focused on change management, talent development, and innovation. She led the SIS98 migration across Cisco Emerging Markets, a geography covering 147 countries, 26 languages, and 13 time zones.

Her great passion is inspiring the next generation of professionals in the global community through mentoring, training, development, and executive education. That passion is why she founded Agile Transformation Academy.
